P315,
P330, P350 and P365 pumps and motors deliver piston pump pressure
with gear pump simplicity and economy. Designed as an alternative
to more costly piston equipment for applications that require
fixed displacement and high pressures, these 3500 psi units
operate at near 95% volumetric efficiency on most hydraulic
oils and FR fluids.
Outstanding performance is achieved. in part, through hyraulically
balanced thrust plates that seal without binding the gear
faces. The gear's long journals present a large effective
area to the bushing and are lubricated by a film of cool oil
supplied directly from the inlet. Multiple pump assemblies
can supply more than one circuit from a single drive shaft
or be combined to supply a greater volume of fluid than is
available from a single pump section. Piggyback models are
available to provide even greater variations if both high
and low oil volume are required. 10-micron filtration is recommended. |
| P30/P50/P75/P125 |

| These
units perform beautifully on any good grade of hydraulic oil
at pressures to 2500 psi. P31/P51/P76 models have identical
features and are rated to 3000 psi. Single and multipls assemblies
can be run in either or both directions. Piggyback units broaden
the pump output range. Unloader options are available. 25-micron
filtration is recommended. |
